Is my data secure?
Yes. Doorola uses bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest, hosted on Supabase (built on AWS). Your data is private to you and never shared. Read our security overview for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays put. If you cancel Pro, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. You keep access to existing entities and units; you just can’t add new ones beyond the free limits. Export anything to CSV before downgrading if you want.
Does Doorola work for commercial properties?
Doorola is built for residential — single-family, duplex, small multifamily, and ADUs. Commercial leases and CAM reconciliation aren’t supported yet.
Can my tenants pay rent through Doorola?
Yes. Pro plans include online rent collection via ACH and card, powered by Stripe Connect. Tenants pay from their portal and the payment is automatically reconciled in your books.
Does it integrate with my bank?
Direct bank feeds are coming. Today, you can import bank CSVs and reconcile against expected rent.
Mobile app — iOS and Android?
